I have suffered for many years with tendonitis in my hip/buttock. I have tried many solutions,-steroid injections, various pain relief medications - none of them worked long term. Then I decided to try Pain Solutions with Kora. She suggested massage combined with dry needling and cupping. I haven't looked back since. The pain has virtually gone and when it returns I just go back for another session at about six month intervals. Kora is very knowledgeable and gives good advice on exercises etc. She also has a gentle touch when massaging and is able to precisely identify the problem areas. Wonderful solution without medication. I thoroughly recommend Pain Solutions. ~ Hugh M
Had 50 minute session with Pim for first time today in Naas. I did many sessions with Kora in Portlaoise also, but after today Im just as impressed with Pim. Best and most effective sports massage I ever had. The experience and knowledge she has is amazing, and knew exactly what to do and the areas to treat that were effecting me and causing the problems. You get to choose how much pressure they use when booking and I selected the highest, and Pim was able to get right in to the spots she needed to. A very strong experienced little lady. Its a craft in itself. Kora has a gift also and such a nice person. Very professional, relaxing atmosphere. Listen to what pain I was suffering with and explained what could be the reason I was suffering. The massage was brilliant and felt the knots being removed from my lower back and legs were I was suffering with pain. I was exhausted that evening but felt great the next day walking straight without the pain I had before. It was only a 30min session but will go back in a few weeks for a 60min highly recommend. Caithlin was very calming and supportive for someone s first experience with this establishment. For pain management and recovery much better then taken pills or pain lotion ~ matthew n
