I’m a frequent visitor to Pain Solution as I am a Triathlete and need regular deep tissue massage. Kora is amazing! I’ve been dealing with a few injuries lately and get pain relief from every massage. Kora is extremely knowledgable and trustworthy when it comes to knowing what the body needs. I have suffered for many years with tendonitis in my hip/buttock. I have tried many solutions,-steroid injections, various pain relief medications - none of them worked long term. Then I decided to try Pain Solutions with Kora. She suggested massage combined with dry needling and cupping. I haven't looked back
since. The pain has virtually gone and when it returns I just go back for another session at about six month intervals. Kora is very knowledgeable and gives good advice on exercises etc. She also has a gentle touch when massaging and is able to precisely identify the problem areas. Wonderful solution without medication. I thoroughly recommend Pain Solutions.

Had an amazing massage with Ger couldn't recommend any more highly. He's attentive and asked me about my work life and issues I was having to tailor my treatment for maximum recovery and relaxation. Also gave me a demo of home stretches to try. Another session booked in again. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
(update) just been to my second appointment and I'm finding the repeat sessions are helping with my pains.
Ger is top quality remembering the details of what we discussed in the first session and is focused on recovery and has a plan for me going forward.
